We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a customer service department and ensure exceptional client experiences.

About the Role

The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee customer service and order entry operations, manage a team, and serve as the key point of contact for escalated issues. This role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise, train, and mentor customer service representatives.

· Ensure accurate order entry, confirmations, and timely responses to inquiries.

· Review work orders, quotes, and drawings for accuracy.

· Resolve escalated customer issues with urgency and professionalism.

· Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.

· Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

· Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.

· 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.

· ERP systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

· Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

· $34.00 – $35.00 hourly.
