Well-rounded office experience of at least 12months or more is necessary for this potential temporary-to-hire opening mid-to-late January. Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Touch typing above 35wpm.
- Document reviewing and processing
- Digital and paper filing and retention
- Scan, sort, copy, mail prep
- Customer updates on database
- Back-up on phones
- Other clerical tasks
Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and work in a quick pace. Reliable and timely attendance is needed.
