Well-rounded office experience of at least 12months or more is necessary for this potential temporary-to-hire opening mid-to-late January. Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Touch typing above 35wpm.


  • Document reviewing and processing
  • Digital and paper filing and retention
  • Scan, sort, copy, mail prep
  • Customer updates on database
  • Back-up on phones
  • Other clerical tasks


Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and work in a quick pace. Reliable and timely attendance is needed.


8-5, M-F. $18.00-$18.50 DOE
