Job Description
- Provide financial assistance and sales of bank products and services as well as processing various teller transactions for new and existing customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
- Primary duties will be opening personal and commercial accounts, including CDs and IRAs, as well as pulling credit reports for consumer loans.
- This position will be responsible for taking deposits, cashing checks, withdrawals, issuing money orders, cash advances on credit cards, cashiers’ checks, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- The qualified individual should have excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and should be self-motivated and show initiative.
- The preferred candidate will have two to five years of similar experience and a strong knowledge of banking products and regulations.
- Although a basic schedule will be set, this individual must be flexible and willing to work assigned schedule changes.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
