A large importer/wholesaler of specialty food and beverage products is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at their office to assist with data entry, customer service, and clerical tasks

  • Temp-to-Hire status
  • $20 - $21 / hour


Requirements of the Data Entry / Office Clerk:

  • High School Diploma
  • Conversational Japanese language ability (able to speak/listen proficiently) is required
  • Previous office/administrative experience is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (Word/Excel)


Responsibilities of the Data Entry / Office Clerk:

  • Take and process orders
  • Filing, maintaining records of customer accounts
  • Communication with other departments, like the Sales Team
  • Data entry on Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Recordkeeping
  • Administrative tasks like answering phone calls and email correspondence
  • Related duties may also be assigned


Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Gardena, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
