Lighthouse Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant. The qualified applicant will:
Provide individual client services and determine a plan of care for occupational therapy services by:
- Evaluating client’s current therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status.
- Directing and implementing the Occupational Therapy plan of care.
- Participate in the client’s total multidisciplinary plan of care.
- Assess and document pediatric client’s fine motor, sensory motor, ADLs, and social-emotional behavior using observations, parent reports and standardized testing.
- Document ongoing progress towards goals.
- Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with other disciplines within the clinic to provide comprehensive, individualized care that benefits our clients and their families.
The following criteria is required for application:
- Graduate from an accredited program in occupational therapy
- Texas License for Practice

About our clinic:
We are located in Graham, Texas. We offer occupational, physical, and speech therapy services for adults and pediatrics. Lighthouse Therapy is rapidly growing and currently expanding our space. This will allow us to employ more therapists and give us the opportunity to assist more clients and their families. We have private therapy rooms as well as large, open gym areas. We have therapeutic equipment, sensory equipment, rock climbing walls, and much more! We strongly believe in creating a culture that values cohesiveness and collaboration between therapists and across disciplines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
