Location: Gardena, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $21 – $29/hour, based on experience
About the Role
A growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Client Services Representative – Insurance to provide excellent service to personal lines clients. This role focuses on assisting clients with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and account support across Auto, Home, Umbrella, Renters, and related insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Handle client service requests by phone and email
- Process policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support client retention and account management efforts
- Assist producers and management with operational tasks
- Identify opportunities for additional insurance solutions
Qualifications
- Customer service or account management experience preferred
- California Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency
