The Opportunity:

In exchange for a commitment of employment at NCHC, we will cover all class costs, material fees and 3 exam attempts. Receive the CNA training class paid for upfront by NCHC, followed up with an offer for a position as a CNA upon successful completion of the CNA class and exams. As a CNA at Mount View Care Center, your number one job is to enhance the lives of our residents by providing Person-Centered care in our brand-new skilled nursing facility in Wausau. Under the supervision of a facility Licensed Nurse, the Hospitality Assistant provides quality nursing care to residents; reports pertinent information to immediate supervisors; responds to inquiries and requests for information; assists with tasks to support department operations; and maintains a safe and clean environment.
We have full-time and part-time shifts available. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 - $16.25 for this role, plus $1.00 shift differential for all PM and NOC shifts. Shifts are 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm – 10:00pm or 10:00pm-6:00am.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide quality care to residents, promoting their rights, dignity, and individuality.
- Attend to the individual needs of residents, such as assistance with grooming, hygiene, feeding, transfer, ambulation, and range of motion.
