📦 What You’ll Do
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
- Perform inventory counts and keep stock records up to date
- Receive shipments, unload trucks, and store materials
- Inspect products for quality before they ship
- Safely operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Use RF scanners and warehouse software to track inventory
- Complete shipping/receiving logs and documentation
- Work closely with your team to keep orders moving on time
- Follow all safety procedures when using equipment
🔧 What You Bring
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Experience with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Sit‑down forklift experience
- Comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment

- Experience in production or manufacturing warehouses
- Familiarity with warehouse layout optimization
- Comfortable working in non–climate‑controlled environments
- Strong communication and teamwork

🏭 Work Environment
You’ll work in an open, non–climate‑controlled warehouse with seasonal temperature changes. Expect regular forklift use, RF scanners, lifting, loading, and unloading. The pace is active, organized, and safety‑focused.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
