Southwind, owner and operator of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily junk removal operations in North Smithfield, RI! This hands-on leadership role focuses on team performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency!
 
Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and routing</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop field teams</li>
<li>Ensure exceptional customer service and safety standards</li>
<li>Track KPIs and drive operational improvements</li>
<li>Work in office and field </li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Operations or people management experience</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment</li>
<li>Logistics, freight management or home services experience preferred</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License </li>
</ul>
