Psychotherapist and Testing Psychologist in Private Practice
Job Description
The Duluth Psychological Clinic seeks therapists and testing psychologists to join our robust group practice.
We offer early-career and experienced clinicians a collegial work environment, broad referral base, comfortable office spaces, and a self-chosen schedule. Compensation is competitive. Our clinicians are W-2 employees. Our experienced front office staff manage scheduling, billing, and payroll matters. We offer retirement plans with employer matches of 3%. Our offices overlook Lake Superior and we pay for your parking at the clinic.
We welcome clinicians who wish to move into private practice for the first time or expand their private practice into the Twin Ports region. We welcome generalists and specialists. To meet a high regional need, child and adolescent therapists and assessors are especially encouraged to apply. Strong assessment or psychotherapy skills are required, as is licensure or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota.
Founded in 1997, the DPC is a group practice of clinicians who provide in-person and teletherapy services throughout Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin. We strive to be a leader in mental health matters in the Twin Ports region. Our work is guided by our mission:
"Psychological services derived from best practices and current psychological science delivered without discrimination to all people in a friendly environment that promotes the growth of our clients, clinicians, and staff."
