Operate hand tools effectively for various tasks.
Assist in the fabrication of products according to specifications.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a construction, roofing, lumbering environment is preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes is essential.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Good physical stamina: ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
