We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with our clients’ goals and brand image. Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.

Liaise with clients to understand objectives and requirements.

Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and service providers.

Manage budgets, timelines, and event logistics.

Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown.

Ensure events meet high-quality standards and client expectations.

Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the planning process
Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or project management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
