Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present products and services in a clear, professional manner
- Manage leads and document interactions using CRM software
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales cycle from initial contact to completion
- Meet individual performance goals and contribute to overall team objectives
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, conference calls, and team development activities
- As performance milestones are achieved, assist with mentoring and supporting new sales consultants
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn and apply new sales processes and technology
- Professional attitude, reliability, and strong follow-through
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
