SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Clerk III works under minimal supervision, performing all warehouse activities including but not limited to packing, picking, shipping, receiving, cycle counting and other warehouse support tasks between multiple building locations. Shift: 1st shift
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform various warehouse activities such as unloading, loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
- View and input information into an ERP system.
- Operate forklift, pallet jack and hand truck to move or hoist product throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately count materials, equipment, or supplies.
- Monitor and maintain data record documentation.
- Participate in physical inventory and cycle count activities.
- Provide training to less experienced warehouse workers.
- Act as primary backup to warehouse lead.
- Abide by all safety practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years’ experience as Warehouse Clerk.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be forklift certified for Class 1 to 7.
- Must be able to perform physical labor, lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Good math and reading skills.
- Good communication (both oral and written) skills.
- Ability to use good judgment.
- Experience working with ERP systems, work order, and/or warehouse management systems a plus (Syteline preferred).
- Attendance and reliability are extremely important.
- Requires valid CA Driver License and proof of automobile insurance.
