Position Overview

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily activities and assisting with the inventory control and reconciliation duties and functions under company policies and procedures. Duties include assisting with import documentation and data entry.


Responsibilities

Shipping & Warehouse Responsibilities

• Receive incoming wellness parts shipments

• Accurately stock received parts into designated storage bins, both physically and within the system

• Prepare outbound packages for shipment using UPS and FedEx platforms

• Assist with verification and confirmation of outbound orders

• Crosstrain with the Warehouse Supervisor to provide backup support as needed

• Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor on special project execution

• Serve as a lead warehouse team member, carrying out warehouse manager directives and processes

• Support periodic and annual inventory counts

• Create new bin locations for parts storage

• Bin to bin transfers for parts movements

• Location look up for inbound containers

• Inventory adjustments

Marginal Job Functions

• Perform additional projects and tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required


Experience

• Forklift driving experience and certification

• A minimum 18-month exemplary work history as a warehouse associate with a high level of experience obtained

• Ability to effectively operate all equipment and computer programs associated with your job duties (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

• A minimum of 1 year SAP ECC 6.0 experience required

• Minimum 1 year of FedEx/UPS Machine experience preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience with an RF scanner/gun preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of experience participating in a locked inventory count preferred


Other Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required

• Minimum 1 year of SAP ECC 6.0 experience required

• Experience with cycle counting, data entry, and invoice auditing

• Ability and willingness to cross-train in additional areas of the business
