Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative (Bdr), You’ll Play a Critical Role in Fueling Our Growth. You’ll Engage Inbound Leads, Educate Prospects on Our Ecosystem of Solutions, and Guide Them Through the Decision-making Process—from Discovery to Close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage Prospects via Phone, Video, Email, and Online Channels, Delivering Clear and Compelling Presentations.

  • Lead Prospects Through the Sales Journey, Address Objections, and Consistently Close New Business.

  • Meet and Exceed Individual Quotas, Kpis, and Revenue Targets.

  • Track All Interactions and Pipeline Progress Using Crm Tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, or Similar).

  • Collaborate with Leadership and Teammates to Refine Sales Strategies and Share Best Practices.

  • Participate in Ongoing Coaching, Training, and Skill Development Programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of Success in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (B2b or B2c).

  • Proven Ability to Prospect, Build Rapport, and Close Deals in a Quota-driven Environment.

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills; Able to Quickly Build Trust and Credibility.

  • Highly Motivated by Results and Driven to Exceed Goals.

  • Proficiency with Crms and Digital Sales Tools (Salesforce or Hubspot Preferred).

  • Thrives in a Dynamic, Fast-changing Environment and Embraces New Challenges.
