🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and administer provider contracts and agreements.
• Manage physician compensation plans, incentive programs, and CME tracking.
• Oversee call coverage agreements, FMV evaluations, and PSA updates.
• Conduct regular compensation reviews and develop performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Direct year-end compensation calculations, true-ups, and compliance monitoring.
• Assist in business cases for practice acquisitions and compensation models.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in physician contracting & compensation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
