Roof Depot is hiring a Field Construction Assistant to support our Homebuilder Solutions team. This role is built for someone who wants to build a career in construction, take ownership in the field, and be part of a team focused on execution, quality, and accountability.

This role is designed for individuals who want to get into construction, learn the business, and grow into a Field Construction Manager. You will work in the field alongside experienced leaders and gain hands-on experience on active job sites.
What You Will Do
- Support daily field operations across active job sites
- Communicate with crews to keep installs on schedule
- Help manage material needs, including shortages and returns
- Assist with job site inspections for quality and safety
- Verify completed work aligns with builder and company standards
- Help track job progress from start to completion
- Assist with punch lists and final walk-throughs
- Support warranty calls and basic issue identification
