The Technical Training Specialist will oversee the development, implementation, and management of technical training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the skills needed to excel in their roles. Responsibilities:

• Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate innovative training techniques.

• Support employees in applying learned skills to their daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards in training processes.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to evaluate training outcomes and adjust programs accordingly.

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in employee training.

• Proficiency in using technology tools for training delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
