Position Overview

Eligible Professionals:

• Nurse Practitioners

Core Responsibilities1. Patient Care & Clinical Excellence

• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up assessments

• Identify root causes of pain, dysfunction, or performance limitations

• Develop personalized treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on care and approved therapies

• Track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

• Ensure an outstanding patient experience

2. Therapies & Services

(Based on licensure and training; training may be provided)

• Manual therapy and corrective exercise

• Soft tissue therapies

• Shockwave therapy

• Laser therapy

• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

• Spinal decompression / traction

• Recovery and regenerative therapies

• IV therapies and injections

• Supplement protocols

• Longevity and performance-focused care

3. Growth & Patient Retention

• Present care plans clearly and confidently

• Educate patients on treatment value and outcomes

• Support membership and wellness program enrollment

• Recommend appropriate therapies and services

• Encourage long-term adherence and retention

• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams

This is an education-based, ethical patient guidance model - not high-pressure sales.
