Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to project managers, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and deliverables.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, schedules, and correspondence.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, offering excellent customer service and resolving inquiries.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring effective calendar management.
• Draft and respond to emails professionally using Microsoft Outlook.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed independently and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to support construction-related administrative activities as needed.• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
