Job Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM / Saturdays Mandatory
- Pay Rate: $20-$25 DOE
- Work Environment: Cold warehouse setting; exposure to raw meat; fastpaced production/plant environment with moderate to high noise levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety policies and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Oversee daily receiving and production operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.
- Train, supervise, and support staff performance.
- Optimize workflow for maximum production efficiency.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures.
Requirements
- Must pass a drug test.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated facility.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
