Position Overview

Do you enjoy hands-on work, building products that make a real difference, and being part of a supportive team environment? We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to help build high-quality products in a clean, safe, and structured manufacturing setting.

This position is ideal for someone who likes consistent, process-driven work and takes pride in quality and accuracy. Training and ongoing support are provided — including accommodations or individualized coaching for neurodiverse employees to help ensure success on the job.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and assemble products by following clear written instructions and established processes.
  • Follow safety and quality standards to ensure every product meets specifications.
  • Accurately record work performed and maintain organized documentation.
  • Rotate between tasks as needed and work collaboratively with your team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and training opportunities.
  • Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing principles (training provided).

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production role preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Comfortable working on-site full time and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn, follow structure, and grow with a supportive team.

Extra Experience That’s a Plus

  • Familiarity with SAP or other manufacturing software systems.
  • Experience in medical device or similar quality-focused manufacturing.
  • Prior experience training others or learning multiple work areas.

Why This Role May Be a Great Fit

  • Clear expectations and structured processes.
  • Supportive team environment with hands-on training.
  • Predictable, steady work with opportunities to learn new skills.
  • Individualized coaching and workplace support available for neurodiverse employees.

If you enjoy building, problem-solving, and being part of a mission-driven company that values inclusion and teamwork, this may be a great fit for you!
