Position Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor 3rd shift to oversee employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment during 3rd shift (10:30 pm - 7:00 am). The role is responsible for meeting production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise 15–40 production or skilled labor employees during 3rd shift.

Plan and assign work to meet daily production schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

Train and motivate staff to improve performance and productivity.

Resolve employee-related issues and enforce company policies.

Monitor production metrics including efficiency and scrap, and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with supervisors from other shifts for seamless operations.

Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Encourage process improvement and minor adjustments to optimize performance.
Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

Willingness to work night shift and occasional overtime.

Proficient with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office or similar systems).

Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams.
Working Conditions:

Manufacturing/assembly or warehouse environment.

Frequent walking/standing on hard surfaces.

Occasional lifting of medium to heavy materials.

Exposure to variable temperatures (heat/cold).
