The Senior Operations Analyst will build the reporting foundation that enables proactive, data-driven management across all branches. This role centralizes operational and financial reporting—monthly branch-level financials, billable hours, backlog, and revenue forecasts—and transforms disparate data inputs into clear dashboards and automated reporting packages used by branch leaders, Finance, and the COO.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Aggregate, clean, and analyze operational and financial data provided by Finance, Operations, and branch leaders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for monthly branch-level performance.
  • Produce monthly/weekly reporting packages for leadership.
  • Standardize reporting formats and KPI definitions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting workflows.
  • Support COO, Finance, Lab Managers, and Shared Services organization with operational insights.
  • Build reporting templates, SOPs, and repeatable processes.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis in operations, procurement, fleet, real estate.
  • Partner with AI & Digital Strategy on modernization of reporting.
  • Support change management and user adoption of dashboards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in operations/ business/ financial analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience as a Management Consultant preferred
  • Ability to use SQL/Python preferred.
  • Strong communication and data visualization skills.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, organized.

  • Centralized dashboards are adopted across the business.
  • Automated reporting processes that reduce manual workload.
  • Improved visibility into branch-level metrics.
  • Reporting accuracy and timeliness meets leadership expectations.
