About the Role
We are seeking an Area Vice President (AVP) to join our Growth team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for managing and expanding executive-level relationships with healthcare organizations. As a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities, deliver strategic solutions, and partner with clients to achieve their most critical goals.

This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility, designed for someone who excels at leading through influence and delivering results.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and expand strategic client relationships, particularly at the executive and C-suite level

  • Drive renewals, expansions, and overall account growth to achieve or exceed revenue targets

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client objectives

  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that demonstrate clear value

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Client Success, Advisory, Product, etc.)

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving client needs

  • Maintain accurate account records and pipeline updates in CRM tools

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client growth roles, ideally in healthcare or complex enterprise environments

  • Proven track record of managing executive-level client relationships and consistently exceeding revenue goals

  • Background in SaaS, data/analytics, or technology-enabled services strongly preferred

  • Executive presence and ability to engage, influence, and build trust with C-suite stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking paired with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Passion for solving client challenges and delivering measurable results

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Travel: Up to 50%
