We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of office accounting
- Manage all licenses and insurance for 3 divisions
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Work with in- house and external accountants
- Perform other office tasks (oversee data entry, distribute mail, bank deposits, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, reconciliations, payroll
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Experience in administration/management
Company DescriptionK &G Construction is a well-respected construction company with 3 divisions: carpentry, plumbing & drywall. We have 33 employees, including those who are part-time. Everyone is considered and treated like "family". We also have 2 add'l companies: Northwest Coasters where we erect and repair roller coasters for Six Flags and Pacific Northwest ICF's where we sell ICF blocks. It's a very busy office but a very fun atmosphere.
