Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in Southington, CT. This is a 1st shift position offering a great opportunity for individuals looking for steady work in a production environment. As a Packer, you will be responsible for packaging products according to company standards, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:

Pack and inspect products for defects before shipping

Follow packing instructions and quality guidelines

Label and stack finished goods appropriately

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Assist with additional production tasks as needed
Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required
Work Environment:

Fast-paced production environment

Moderate to high noise levels

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
