Job DescriptionFamily Practice Nurse practitioner needed for industry leading Primary Care Group to support expansion into the San Antonio, TX• Specialty: Primary Care/Family Practice
• Type of Position: Permanent Full Time• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9A-6P (includes 1 hour lunch and 1 hour admin time) • Start Date: September 2025• Facility Type: Clinic
• Clinical Setting: Outpatient• Patients Per day: Average of 15-20 per day• Support Staff: Medical Assistants
• Credentialing Time Frame: 30 days• Location: San Antonio, TX
• Licensing Requirements: Active TX medical license • Board Certification: Must be a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner • Willing to accept J1 or H1 visa candidates?: No• Compensation: Base Salary $110,000 - $120,000 depending on experience + 8.33% annual bonus based on performance • Benefits Offered: Health, PTO (18-32 days annually, pto is accrued based on years of service) 401k and CME allowance of $2500-$5000/year. • Hiring Process: Virtual Interviews
