Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license for the state
- Experience providing OT services to K-12 students, ideally in a school-based setting
- Strong understanding of IEP development, documentation, and implementation
- Ability to deliver both direct and consultative/indirect services

- Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students across K-12, focusing on maximizing participation and function within the educational environment
- Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights regarding student needs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and activities
- Collaborate with other school staff to promote a positive and inclusive environment
- Work exclusively within contracted hours, with no extra district duties such as bus or pick-up assignments
