Job DescriptionLHH is looking for a dynamic Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s Human Resources team in Chicago. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for our internship and co-op programs, while building strong relationships with universities and student organizations to elevate our on-campus employer brand.What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for intern and co-op positions—from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and deliver top student talent.
- Design and execute campus recruitment strategies, including career fairs, on-campus interviews, and employer branding events.
- Conduct interviews at target universities and foster relationships with student organizations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and program outcomes.
- Support HR initiatives and contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on campus recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS platforms preferred.
- Willingness to travel to university campuses as needed.
Pay/Benefits:
- Pay is $30/hr - $36/hr dependent on experience

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
