Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology/Cardiology X-Ray Tech with 2+ years of experience, ARRT (R) certification, and C-arm and portables proficiency for a 13- or 26-week travel contract in New Jersey.
Details
- Diagnostic X-Ray unit within a hospital setting
- Night shifts, 4x10-hour shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Every third weekend required, with potential to be scheduled every other weekend based on unit needs
- Charting performed in Epic (experience preferred)
- Phillips, Siemens, and GE equipment used on unit
- Contract length is flexible at 13 or 26 weeks
- Local candidates are accepted
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of X-Ray/Radiology experience required
- Current ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
- Active NJ or Compact state license required at time of consideration
- C-arm and portable X-Ray experience required
- O-arm experience preferred
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Two current professional references required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Any time-off or schedule requests must be submitted and approved prior to an offer being extended
- Former employees of the RWJBH health system (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the system for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
- Black scrubs required
