Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that plays a key role in helping us deliver top-tier service to our clients. The ideal candidate is reliable, coachable, and able to work in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of landscaping and hardscaping projects (mulch, plants, sod, gravel, etc.)
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other basic landscaping equipment
- Perform general site clean-up and assist in material handling
- Follow instructions from the Foreman
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Help load and unload tools and materials daily
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Prior landscaping or construction experience a plus, but not required
