At Outsource Consultants, an Inc. 5000 award-winning firm, we’re looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst II who can turn strategy into action and insight into results.

In this role, you’ll shape how the sales team engages prospects, follows processes, uses tools, and measures success. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to ensure enablement efforts drive measurable performance improvements. It is a role with meaningful influence over how the sales team sells every day.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain sales messaging, scripts, playbooks, and enablement materials.
- Support inbound and outbound sales strategies, including referral and thought leadership initiatives.
- Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing sales training programs.
- Define and track sales performance metrics and reporting.
- Support the use of AI tools to improve sales efficiency, personalization, and execution across inbound and outbound motions.
- Analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of sales motions and enablement efforts.
- Recommend and implement enablement actions such as training, process updates, or tool usage.
- Define and maintain sales processes and workflows to support consistency and scalability.
- Lead enablement and process improvement initiatives from planning through rollout.
- Manage sales enablement tools, vendor relationships, and adoption across the sales team.
Requirements:
Core Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
- Proven success in improving sales outcomes such as pipeline growth, conversion rates, or deal velocity.
- Strong ability to use data and insights to drive performance improvements.
- Experience translating sales strategy into enablement initiatives with measurable impact.
- Demonstrated success in designing and deploying training or enablement programs.
- Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics and building reports.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
- Clear, confident communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot, as a performance and optimization tool.
- Strong data analysis experience, including working with complex or multi-source datasets.
- Experience supporting multiple sales motions, including inbound, outbound, and targeted outreach.
