Location: Minnetonka, MN

The The Staff Pad is partnering with a well-established, family-friendly dental practice in the Minnetonka area to add a Registered Dental Hygienist to their growing team.

This is a newly created position driven by patient demand — offering a supportive environment, strong culture, and a consistent weekday schedule.

The Opportunity

This is a growth position created to support increasing patient demand. You’ll play a key role in maintaining patient flow while helping shape the hygiene experience moving forward.

What You’ll Do

• Provide full-scope hygiene care, including:
  
  • Prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
    
  • X-rays, charting, and periodontal assessments
    
  • Patient education and preventive care guidance
    
• Collaborate closely with dentists and team members
  
• Contribute to a positive, efficient patient experience
  

Who You Are

• Registered Dental Hygienist with Minnesota licensure (or eligibility)
  
• Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists
  
• Positive, team-oriented, and patient-focused
  
• Comfortable in a collaborative, supportive environment
  
• Experience with Denticon is a plus (not required)
  

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  
• Full-time, consistent schedule
  
• Start date: ASAP
