POSITION SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of approximately 20+ trade shows and events annually. You’ll also support broader marketing initiatives, including managing product samples, coordinating with sales representatives, and distributing collateral materials.
No prior medical device experience is required—we're willing to train the right person who brings a “can-do” attitude, strong aptitude, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. Strong attention to detail and outstanding organization skills are necessary.
Essential Functions (ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Plan and execute logistics for 20+ industry trade shows annually for both domestic and international shows, including booth management, registration, shipping, and on-site coordination
- Organize and ship product samples and promotional materials to trade shows, sales representatives, and healthcare customers as needed
- Maintain an inventory of marketing assets, collateral, and product demonstration kits
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support field needs and ensure timely delivery of sample kits and materials
- Assist with development and proofreading of marketing collateral, presentations, and internal communications
- Coordinate vendor relationships related to printing, shipping, signage, and promotional items
- Contribute to social media, website content updates, and campaign reporting as needed
- Responsible for maintaining budget
Qualifications:
Experience
- 0–5 years of professional experience in marketing, event planning, or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus
- Prior internship or exposure to healthcare or B2B marketing is a bonus—but not required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel
- Travel up to 25% for event support and logistics (including setup/teardown)
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 30 lbs.
