Job Title: Warehouse Associate
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Load and unload trucks and verify shipping documents
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Assist with cycle counts, labeling, stocking, and general warehouse tasks
Qualifications
• Warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer or scanner skills
• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to train)
• Team‑oriented and reliable

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Watertown, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
