We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Loan Officers for all South Florida to join our team on a commission-based structure. As a Loan Officer with The Brian Liscio Team at OM Mortgage, LLC, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their mortgage needs, providing them with expert advice, and guiding them through the loan process. We receive over 400 opportunities per month from Realtor.com statewide in Florida and need experienced mortgage professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Follow up with leads provided by the company and ensure timely communication and processing of loan applications.
-Partner with our Real Estate Agent partners to become deeply involved in our close partnerships.
-Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the process.
-Analyze applicants' financial status and credit, be able to calculate DTI and select the best program for the applicant’s situation.
-Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
-Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels, and maintain a high level of customer service.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a loan officer or in a relevant role.
-Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices including working with down payment assistance.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license is required.
