Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support complex healthcare and operational initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee assigned workstreams, coordinate project activities, monitor deliverables, and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of project or program management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Experience working with external vendors and contractors preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with project tracking, reporting, and documentation tools.
- NYC area residency preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support all phases of project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project tracking tools, templates, and status reports.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables while identifying and escalating risks.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors.
- Assist with training development, scheduling, and implementation activities.
- Provide on-site support for project rollouts and operational initiatives.
- Support policy development and service improvement strategies.
- Assist with invoice reviews and budget planning activities.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Healthcare project management experience.
- Experience supporting public health, hospital, or government initiatives.
- Vendor and contractor management experience.
