At Vicar’s Landing, our dining program is a core part of the member experience. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Pastry Chef to lead pastry operations and bring fresh ideas to life across multiple dining venues.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all pastry and bakery operations across dining venues
- Create and execute desserts, breads, and specialty items
- Develop seasonal menus with culinary leadership
- Train and mentor pastry team members
- Manage inventory and maintain food safety standards
Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of pastry experience (including leadership)
- Strong baking, presentation, and flavor development skills
- Experience leading a team and managing production
Nice to Have Skills
- Culinary or pastry certification
- ServSafe certification
- Experience in hospitality, senior living, or high-volume environments

- $30 – 36/hour (based on experience)
