Role: Mechanical Assembler
location: Plymouth, MN – 55447-4817

• Performs repetitive mechanical assembly work requiring precise hand movements to maintain quality and production speed
• Follows all workplace safety rules and product quality guidelines
• Completes required site-specific safety and quality training
• Receives parts or components in a set sequence for assembly or testing
• Assembles and tests mechanical or electrical components using hand coordination and basic equipment
• May assemble minor variations of standard in-house products
• Follows clear instructions such as color codes, PVC thermal welding, and thread taping
• Uses simple hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures to complete tasks
• Completes required production documentation accurately
• Reads and follows simple layout drawings and assembly instructions
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participates in housekeeping and 5S audits to support continuous improvement
• Supports process improvement activities to increase efficiency
• Ensures equipment is properly maintained and in safe working condition
• Focuses on meeting internal and external customer needs and expectations
• Requires High School Diploma or GED
• Requires mechanical aptitude gained through work experience or training
