Primary Responsibilities:

Lease Management
-
Scan and digitize all leases placed in the "Lease to be Scanned" tray.

Locate and retrieve all current leases from the file cabinet for digital archiving.

Email Monitoring & Data Entry
-
Regularly check the BandBpllc1@gmail.com account for any Deposit or Repair emails.
-
Accurately enter related data into the Buildium system.
-

Expense Tracking
-
Enter all property-related purchase receipts into Buildium under:
Accounting > Bills > Record Bill. -
Ensure each receipt is scanned and properly filed.

Document Digitization
-
Scan and digitally save all physical paperwork related to 2025 records.
-
Maintain organized, labeled digital files for easy retrieval.

Resident Center Management
-
Learn and become proficient in using the Resident Center portal.

Use the platform to engage in two-way communication with tenants.
-
Follow up on tenant issues and log updates in:
Rentals > Tenants > [Select Tenant] > Notes.

Vendor & Utility Communication
-
Contact Ameren to resolve the issue of receiving paper invoices despite being set up for paperless billing.
-
Identify and contact all vendors still sending paper mail despite online payment arrangements. Work to eliminate unnecessary mailings.
