Join a dedicated team committed to safety and excellence in traffic control. As a Flagger, you’ll play a vital role in protecting workers, motorists, and pedestrians while ensuring smooth traffic flow in active work zones.
What You’ll Do
- Direct motorists and provide clear detour instructions.
- Maintain the safety of construction crews and the public.
- Set up and tear down traffic control sites daily.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver’s License (required).
- Knowledge of traffic management and safety procedures.
- Experience in general labor or flagging preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
