We're looking for a Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations for our lawn care and pest control technicians. This vital role serves as the communication hub between clients, technicians, and internal teams—ensuring each day runs smoothly, efficiently, and with top-tier service.Responsibilities:
- Be the voice our clients love to hear – Schedule interior pest control appointments and chat with clients in a friendly, helpful way that reflects our top-tier service standards.
- Route like a pro – Shuffle and shape technician schedules to make sure services are delivered efficiently, on-time, and with a smile.
- Put on your problem-solving cape – Jump in to help techs who hit a snag on their route and keep the day moving smoothly.
- Pick up the line – Handle incoming calls to support our client service and sales teams with helpful info and great vibes.
- Pitch in with the routing squad – Help out with admin extras like call-aheads, permission lists, text notifications, and more. Every detail counts!
- Keep the story straight – Log client conversations and service updates in our CRM so the whole team stays in the loop (and future-you says thanks).
- Wear a few hats – Tackle other tasks as assigned by management. We’re a team that flexes when needed!
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal, nonverbal, and written).
- Ability to multi-task + prioritize under pressure.
- RealGreen software experience is a plus, but not required.
- Expect to work at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (shifts range from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM), with the potential for one Saturday a month.
