Seniors Helping Seniors Jersey Shore North is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients in Monroe, NJ. This role offers flexible pay and a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by supporting their daily activities and promoting independence in a caring environment.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers as needed.
Support clients with meal preparation and feeding.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff or supervisors.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to promote their well-being.
Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in New Jersey.
Experience in providing compassionate home health care preferred.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in Monroe, NJ.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required.
Flexibility to work various shifts based on client needs.
