Employment Type: Full Time (4-5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000-$350,000

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Carry out all fundamental dental procedures.
- Confidently create and implement quadrant-based treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the lead dentist on implant cases.
- Operate independently with full autonomy, while receiving support without micromanagement.

Following a merger in 2023, we now operate from a modern, technology-driven facility featuring eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients. We welcome more than 27 new patients each month and are projected to exceed $2M in collections this year. Our environment fosters independence without micromanagement, providing you with your own dedicated space, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization area, and shared hygienists.
