At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking an experienced Handyman to join the team at a multifamily community in Pittsburgh, PA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking to join a property with recently completed renovations and a supportive team environment. You'll work alongside a dedicated Service Manager and Service Tech I, handling a variety of maintenance responsibilities while enjoying a Monday through Friday schedule with minimal on-call rotation.

Responsibilities
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and minor HVAC repairs and maintenance
- Complete unit turns and ensure apartments are move-in ready
- Maintain landscaping and grounds throughout the property
- Participate in on-call rotation every third week alongside the Service Manager and Tech I
- Support overall property maintenance operations and resident service requests
Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or residential properties
- Strong working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Experience with landscaping and snow removal preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
