The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently to support various departments with data management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data from physical or digital sources into designated systems
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update existing data records
- Generate reports and summaries as needed
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Assist with data cleanup and organization projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
