Job DescriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We’re partnering with a supportive school district in the Charlotte, North Carolina area to hire a licensed School Psychologist for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a high-impact role working with a collaborative SPED team that values strong clinical judgment and compliance expertise.
Position Details:
•Full-time, onsite
•2026–2027 school year
•K–12 caseload (assigned based on experience)
•Structured support from district leadership and special education team
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
•Interpret assessment data and develop clear, legally compliant reports
•Lead and participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
•Provide evidence-based recommendations for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
•Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
•Support MTSS/RTI processes and progress monitoring
Required Qualifications:
•Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
•Active North Carolina School Psychologist license required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
•Experience conducting evaluations and writing reports in a school setting
•Strong knowledge of IDEA, special education compliance, and eligibility criteria
