We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable part-time Receptionist to join a team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This is a part-time, long-term contract position requiring 15-20 hours per week, with work scheduled across 2-3 days between Monday and Thursday. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering and directing incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
• Greet visitors and staff with warmth and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Assist with data entry and documentation as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to relay messages and handle inquiries accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
• Provide support during virtual meetings or interviews, ensuring proper setup and communication.
• Utilize basic Microsoft Office Suite for correspondence and documentation tasks.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls effectively.
• Familiarity with switchboard operations, managing up to 10 phone lines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors and team members.
• Ability to work part-time hours across Monday to Thursday, with flexibility for scheduling.
• Competence in using basic Microsoft Office Suite software for administrative tasks.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
